    Arrival
    Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Appointments are scheduled according to our specialists’ availability.

    Running Late?
    If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late may limit the time available for your service and can affect the overall experience and enjoyment of your visit.

    Cancellations
    As a courtesy to all of our clients, services are completed as scheduled. Cancellations for all services require 24 hours’ notice.

    Payment & Gratuity
    Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Tips must be paid in cash and cannot be added to Visa, Mastercard, or debit card payments.

    A 3% surcharge applies to all credit card payments for services and product purchases.

    Gift cards can be printed at home or emailed directly to your recipient. PayPal is accepted.
